This was my first time having hand pulled noodles and I must say I'm a fan. I had H1 the spicy lamb cumin noodles in sauce. Great chewy texture to the noodles the shallots, cilantro, chili oil, cumin all combine to a wonderful strong flavor. My Wife had the pork zha Jiang noodles also a great choice. The cucumber salad is spicy, sweet and tangy.

Wild Ginger is a culinary masterpiece! The moment you enter, you’re greeted by a sleek and inviting atmosphere. Their menu offers an incredible array of Asian-inspired dishes, each bursting with bold flavors and fresh ingredients. The kung pao chicken is a standout, perfectly balanced with spice and sweetness. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable, making excellent recommendations. Don't miss their signature cocktails—they're a fantastic complement to the meal. This gem deserves every bit of its five-star rating!

First time and last time to go there. Kid wanted to get noodles which they did but, not as good as other places. The server have water with lemon in it, we didn't want the lemon yet, they still didn't offer to swap out.

We absolutely loved your experience and food at Wild Ginger tonight. The owners were very friendly and service was great. Hand pulled noodles were fresh. Sauces had tons of flavor. We will definitely be back! The cold noodle dish was very yummy as well! We will definitely be back.

I have to say, I’ve really fallen in love with this place. The owner and the staff (the lady who’s always there) are such wonderful people. They’re so kind to everyone, and their warmth and kindness never fail to touch my heart. The noodles are absolutely delicious. My husband’s favorite is the Spicy Cumin Lamb in Sauce. Mine is the Spicy Hot-Oil Seared in Sauce. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve eaten here. As a Chinese person who grew up in China, it’s hard to find a Chinese restaurant here that meets my standards, but the noodles at this place are definitely above and beyond.
